Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Course feesĀ are required to be paid in full and at the time of booking to secure your place unless payment options have been agreed
- If a course is cancelled by The Maker’s Corner you can choose to receive either a full refund, a credit note or transfer to another course
- If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, it is vital that you contact us with as much notice as possible
- Our cancellation and transfer policy is as follows:
- Cancellations with four weeks (28 days) notice or more will be refunded less a 20% admin fee of the course cost
- Cancellations within two and four weeks notice will be subject to The Maker’s Corner filling your place. If we can find a replacement participant, your cancellation will be subject to a 20% admin fee of the course cost. If we cannot fill your place, there will be no refund, credit note or transfer
- Cancellations under two weeks notice are non refundable and non transferrable.
6. On occasions photos may be taken of you using the studio or of the classes we host. The Maker’s Corner reserves the right to use photos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish this to occur please advise us in writing prior to the class
7. Participants are not permitted to take photographs or videos of classes, courses, teachers and students without permission. Personal photos can be taken of your own work
8. Our minimum age for all classes, workshops and courses is 18
